Our client, a global security Saas software vendor, is seeking a French speaking, passionate self motivated technical team player to join our Support team looking after our customers in Europe and worldwide with every aspect of our service, providing primarily email and some telephone based support.

This includes vulnerability management, PCI, policy compliance and web application scanning. Our Technical Support teams answer all incoming calls live, with a senior technical engineer. We do not utilize scripts, nor triage out customers from a Tier 1 person to a Tier 2 person. We are looking for strong technical individuals that have the desire and capability to think on their feet and work on complex problems.
Qualifications
This individual should have come from a networking background and have at least 4 years experience, understand how networking devices work in theory and in practice and can adapt quickly to any technical challenge. Possessing good Linux/Unix knowledge and with an interest in security, possibly a CISSP/CEH or equivalent qualification. An understanding of network services and how they work from a protocol/configuration level, especially web services such as Apache/IIS and web applications is an advantage.
